Who we are

Tally Up: Merge Through Time (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) is developed and published by Gaston Rodrigo Mendez, an individual developer located in Israel.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information is collected when you play the Game on iOS, who collects it, and what choices you have.

What we do not collect

The Game has no user accounts and no servers of our own. We do not ask for, receive, or store your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or location.

We do not have a database of players. We cannot identify you, and we cannot look up your game.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress — levels completed, coins, boosts, unlocked chapters and settings — is stored only on your device. It never leaves it, and we have no access to it.

If you delete the Game, this data is deleted with it. It is not backed up to any server we control.

Information collected by third parties

The Game includes two third-party services. These companies collect data directly from your device under their own privacy policies. We do not receive this data in any form that identifies you.

Google AdMob (advertising)

The Game shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, and interstitial ads between levels. Google AdMob collects:

  • Device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) when you allow tracking
  • Advertising data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped
  • Approximate device and app information used to select and measure ads
  • Diagnostic and performance data

See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

GameAnalytics (game analytics)

We use GameAnalytics to understand how the Game is played — which levels are too hard, where players stop, whether a feature is used. GameAnalytics collects:

  • A device identifier and an anonymous user identifier generated by the SDK
  • Gameplay events: levels started and completed, boosts used, in-app purchase events including the product identifier
  • Session, performance, crash and diagnostic data

This tells us how players behave as a group. It does not tell us who you are.

See the GameAnalytics privacy policy.

Advertising and tracking

When you first open the Game, iOS will ask whether you allow us to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. This is Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

  • If you allow it, AdMob may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to show you personalized ads.
  • If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. Declining does not remove ads and does not change how the Game plays.

You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID.

We receive from Apple only the confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so the Game can deliver what you bought. The product identifier and the amount of in-game currency granted are also sent to GameAnalytics as a gameplay event.

See Apple’s privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us at gaston@panonica.io and we will address it.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing and to data portability.

Because we hold no data about you ourselves, requests about advertising or analytics data must be directed to the company that holds it:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. Declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt described above serves as your opt-out of sharing for personalized advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Data retention

We retain no data ourselves. Data collected by AdMob and GameAnalytics is retained according to their own policies, linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the Game’s update notes.
