I bought something and didn’t receive it
Open the shop and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your Apple receipt and we’ll sort it out.
I lost my progress
Your progress is stored only on your device — we have no servers and no copy of your game. Deleting the app, or switching to a new device, means starting over. We’re sorry: there’s no way for us to recover it.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device and turn off tracking for Tally Up. You’ll still see ads, but they won’t be personalized.
How do I remove ads?
The shop has a one-time purchase that removes them.
